Clean Water Therapy

I just found out about a pretty amazing thing last week and boy did it live up to its billing. I’m talking about water therapy, that’s what.

Well It happened when I was browsing the internet for something to cure my persistent headaches which has been bothering me on and off for the past two weeks or so. And after several rounds of over the counter headache relief, which did not work a single bit, I decided to search for something more drastic like alternative medicines or even mumbo jumbo stuff just so that I can get rid of this problem of mine.

Well I happen to chance upon an article by a Japanese guy who beamed about this rather strange technique of drinking water to cure diseases like diabetes, heart ailments, aches & pains of the body, and even several forms of cancer according to him. He said it was an ancient practice of his ancestors which predates modern forms of medicine and it as only that, plus diet modifications, which they go to when they were sick.

Well the therapy includes drinking of three glasses of water first thing when you wake up in the morning, even before brushing your teeth or freshening up for the day. Another glass of water before each and every meal, and finally a glass of water before you go to sleep.

He says that when we wake up, our body contains wastes from a full night of cleaning itself and nothing is yet circulating within us, as we haven’t yet taken anything in yet, so it was the perfect time to cleanse it with an influx of only clean water. The water flushes whatever it can and leaves us with a cleaner body afterwards.

I got to thinking that there is really no harm in trying it as it only involves water and nothing else, so I decided to give it a try immediately the following morning.

I woke up and headed straight to the kitchen. Got me my first glass of water and chugged it down fast, well maybe I was thirsty from a full night of sleeping. Then the second came and went down, the third was not as easy as I already had my fill but I managed to drink it nonetheless.

The day went by and I forgot all about it. I only realized that my head didn’t hurt the whole day when I was already going to sleep. Add to that, my joints seem to be working well this afternoon when I took a walk. Well, well, well, I think I found a gem of a cure here. Maybe I’ll do a little more in depth research about its merits before I fully dive into it.

I’ll do myself some more favor and get myself the best reverse osmosis system in the market today as I really need to have “doubt free” clean water whenever I do the therapy, which I think will be fairly often from now on. One never really gets too sure about the purity of the water coming out the tap. It’s really better to be safe than sorry.
